Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pool leak detection and repair services.

How long does leak detection take?
Most jobs take one to three hours depending on the pool and the type of leak.

What equipment do you use?
Professional-grade electronic listening devices, pressure testing equipment, and dye testing kits from LeakTronics.

Why are pool leaks common in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma sits on heavy clay soil that expands and contracts with rain and drought. This shifting cracks buried pool plumbing over time.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes. We need access to your pool equipment and we will walk you through everything we find.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ProLeak is a registered Oklahoma LLC with full liability insurance.

What types of leaks can you fix?
Liner leaks, fitting leaks, pipe leaks, skimmer leaks, light niche leaks, and underground pipe leaks using trenchless technology.

Can you fix leaks under concrete or pavers?
Yes. Our trenchless pipe repair technology seals pipes from the inside without any digging or tearout.

Is there an extra charge for after-hours or Sunday service?
Same-day service during business hours is no extra charge. After-hours and Sunday calls may carry an additional service fee. We will let you know upfront before we come out.
