Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pool leak detection, CoreLine™ Restoration, and Free Second Opinion.

How long does leak detection take?
Most jobs take one to three hours depending on the pool and the type of leak. CoreLine™ Restoration (no-dig underground pipe repair) is scheduled separately and typically takes 4–5 hours with same-day cure.

What equipment do you use?
Professional-grade electronic leak detection equipment — hydrophones, pipe microphones, deck plates, soil probes, pressure testing rigs, dye injectors, and a handheld video camera. For underground pipe restoration, we use our proprietary CoreLine™ Restoration system.

Why are pool leaks common in Oklahoma?
Oklahoma sits on heavy red clay that expands and contracts dramatically with rain and drought cycles. That shifting cracks pipe joints and buried pool plumbing over time. Underground pipe failures are common here — which is why we built our business around CoreLine™ Restoration.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes. We need access to your pool equipment, and we will walk you through everything we find. For CoreLine™ Restoration jobs, we also need access to both ends of the pipe run.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ProLeak is a registered Oklahoma LLC with full liability insurance.

What types of leaks can you find?
Liner leaks, fitting leaks, pipe leaks, skimmer leaks, light niche leaks, and underground pipe leaks using our CoreLine™ Restoration system. If it's leaking, we can find it — and if it's in an underground pipe, we can fix it without digging.

Can you fix leaks under concrete or pavers?
Yes. That is what CoreLine™ Restoration is built for. We seal and rebuild the pipe from the inside without digging, cutting, or tearing out your deck, pavers, or stamped concrete. Your backyard stays exactly the way you built it. Backed by a 10-year structural warranty.

Is there an extra charge for after-hours or Sunday service?
Same-day service during business hours is no extra charge. After-hours and Sunday calls may carry an additional service fee — we will let you know upfront before we come out.

Is CoreLine™ Restoration included in the $499 flat rate?

No. The $499 covers full electronic leak detection and on-site vessel repairs (cracks, fittings, gaskets, seals). CoreLine™ Restoration is a separate service for underground pipe leaks, priced at $4,000–$4,500 per line, and backed by a 10-year structural warranty. We only quote CoreLine™ after detection confirms an underground pipe leak and you have seen the evidence.

What is a "Free Second Opinion?

If another company has already diagnosed your pool leak and given you a repair quote — especially one involving excavation or deck demo — email us the report and the quote at ken@proleak.pro. We will review it for free and tell you whether CoreLine™ Restoration can fix it without touching your deck. No trip charge. No obligation.

Do you work with other pool companies and plumbers?

Yes. If you are a pool service company, plumber, or leak detection specialist and you find a leak you would rather not repair, we pay a $500 referral fee per completed CoreLine™ Restoration. You keep your customer relationship, they get the no-dig fix, and nobody tears up a backyard. Email ken@proleak.pro to set up the referral partnership.
