Payment information when you pay for a service (processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details)

Phone call metadata (date, time, duration, caller ID) when you call our number
SMS message content and timestamps when you text us
Information from our phone AI dispatcher ("Beth"):
When you call ProLeak, your call may be answered by an AI voice agent that collects your name, phone number, service address, and a brief description of your pool issue. The call audio may be recorded and transcribed so we can review it and follow up accurately. By continuing the call after the greeting, you consent to this recording.
Information from our website chat assistant:
Our website may offer a chat assistant that answers questions about pool leak detection and CoreLine™ Restoration. Chat transcripts, along with any name, phone, or email you enter, are stored so we can follow up on your request.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Respond to inquiries and provide Free Second Opinion reviews
Schedule, perform, and follow up on leak detection and CoreLine™ Restoration services
Send appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, and service updates by phone, SMS, or email
Process payments and issue receipts
Improve our services, training materials, and marketing (using aggregated or de-identified data where possible)

4. SMS and Phone Consent
By providing your phone number — whether through a form on proleak.pro, a call to (405) 577-8725, or a reply to an SMS from us — you agree that ProLeak and its service providers may contact you by phone and SMS regarding your service request, quote, appointment, or follow-up.

5. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate ProLeak, and only to the extent needed to deliver our services. These include:
Telephony and SMS provider (Telnyx) — to route phone calls and text messages
AI dispatcher provider — to answer and transcribe your calls
Email service provider (Resend) — to send appointment confirmations, quotes, and follow-ups
Payment processor (Stripe) — to process card payments when used
Database and hosting provider (Supabase) — to securely store customer records
Website platform (Framer) — to host proleak.pro
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of ProLeak or others, or in connection with the sale or transfer of our business.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep customer records for as long as needed to perform the service, support warranty claims, and meet legal or tax requirements — typically seven (7) years for billing records and ten (10) years for CoreLine™ Restoration warranty documentation. Website analytics are retained in aggregated form only.
You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8) except where we are legally required to retain it.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ProLeak's services are directed to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email ken@proleak.pro and we will delete it.
